I have spent almost my entire life my life in the culinary field beginning in Connecticut in the fast paced kitchen of Incredible Edibles Restaurant to cooking demos with  celebrities like Martha Stewart. I am an artist, designer, author, and food photographer.

Food is my favorite subject to work with. It never complains and is almost always patient. It doesn’t mind if I squirt it with ice water or run a butane torch over it. I can poke and prod to my heart’s delight, it does not complain. I have lived in Connecticut, New York City, Wisconsin, Seattle, Kansas City and Baltimore.  I have raised and successfully released two children into the wild, Max and Claire. They grew up knowing to never eat the pretty food without checking with me.
